An AR quiz game where players can enjoy learning quizzes about the global environment. When the player answers a quiz about the global environment posed by a ghost, a giant Pac-Man will defeat the ghost.

Walking in a world
spun with ink
A collaboration work with calligrapher Souun Takeda. Calligraphy is a form created by spinning ink with a brush. Thinking that the way the shapeless things are formed by the spun lines is the creation of the world, I drew in VR the way various lives are spun and born through calligraphy.

A work that reaffirms the boundary between the real and the virtual through the experience of objects disappearing when touched in augmented reality.

“Myriad deities"
By pasting an amulet (QR code) on the walls and ground that make up the space, the gods that dwell in the medium overflow and are released with music. Through this, we have embodied the “Myriad deities” that we Japanese have long believed.

from the shadow
It is a virtual space that evokes memories that exist in the unconscious by experiencing the perception of existences other than oneself through "shadows" from a world without substance.

Ryo Takegawa
An artist and designer based in Kyoto.
He graduated from the Department of Product Design at Kyoto Seika University, and since 2017 he has been working as an engineering design unit "xorium", creating works based on "comfortable coexistence with digital in real space". His major awards include Good Design Award, IF Design Award, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Inno vation Program, and his Generation Award category [Corporate Special Award].
京都を拠点に活動するアーティスト・デザイナー。京都精華大学プロダクトデザイン学科卒、2017年からエンジニアリングデザインユニット「xorium」として活動し、“実空間におけるデジタルとの心地よい共存”を基軸に、作品制作を行う。主な受賞歴にGood Design賞、IF design賞、総務省異能vationプログラム ジェネレーションアワード部門 [企業特別賞] 等。
